In 1999, I lost my brother-in-law to leukemia, he was only 30 years old and left behind my sister and their one year old daughter. Because of this and because we truly believe we can make a difference, Sonia and I have decided to join a team in the “Relay for Life” of White Plains, taking place around the track of WPHS on June 2nd 2007.

Relay For Life is an overnight event that brings our community together to help support the American Cancer Society and its lifesaving mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem.

We invite you and your children to join ours or any other team and walk with us on June 2nd (or any other time at a Relay near you). If you can’t join us, please visit the site and make a donation to support our efforts. Either way, you will make a real difference in the lives of people facing cancer – and in the lives of the people who love them. Thank you!
